What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

If you are unavoidably delayed for your appointment, please let our reception staff know as soon as you can, as it helps to plan the remainder of the day. We ask that a cancelled appointment be done 2 hours in advance which will enable us to schedule another patient.

Is off street parking available?

We have ample FREE off-street parking at the Richmond Health Centre.  Additional parking is available in the Warring Car Park or on Oxford Street.

We are open Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm but in some circumstances your appointment can be scheduled slightly earlier or later.
